THE CLASS PHOTO

Pictured at our little 3-class (5-14) rural school tucked away in the back lanes of South Cheshire, around 1952. The 'snap' was probably taken by my beloved young teacher 'Miss Alsopp' with her Box Brownie.

The class covered 8 to 11 year old children.

I look glum - maybe the photo was taken when Miss Alsopp moved away to get married.
